  1. Shoesale.com offers FREE UPS Ground shipping to any location in the United States.
  2. All orders placed by 6pm EST are processed and shipped out the same day.
  3. Transit time typically takes 2-3 business days for locations on the east coast and 4-5 business days for locations on the west coast; however, the arrival date is not guaranteed.
  4. Please note that orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery. Different billing and shipping addresses could cause a delay in the shipment of your order.
  5. We realize that some of our customers may need to receive their shoes sooner or require a guaranteed delivery date so we also offer these domestic shipping options, with cost calculated at checkout:

    U.S. / Domestic

    • UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 Business Days, by the end of the day.
    • UPS Next Day Air Saver – Next Business Day, typically by 3:00 p.m.

    Internationally we offer these shipping options, with cost calculated at checkout

    • To Canada through UPS Standard to Canada
    • UPS Worldwide Express - 1-3 Business Days, typically by 12:00 noon.
    • UPS Worldwide Expedited - 2-5 Business Days, by the end of the day.
